STEVEN SEARS, CPA

Our principal, Steven Sears, has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Masters Degree in Tax Accounting, and a Law Degree. Mr. Sears is also a licensed CPA and has a successful firm in Orange County, California. He is a featured speaker at frequent seminars, and has been interviewed on television and radio numerous times. Mr. Sears has published articles in professional tax planning and tax preparation journals and also lectures in tax law.

YASMINE WAN, MBA

Ms. Wan is licensed to practice before Internal Revenue Service. She has extensive experience in tax planning and tax preparation for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Estates, Trusts and S-Corporations in various jurisdictions. Also, she consults on accounting, bookkeeping and payroll issues. In addition, she forms Corporations, Limited Partnerships, and limited Liability Companies. Ms. Wan assists in the formation of offshore corporations, trusts and private offshore banking.

Ms. Wan has attended many professional seminars, including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants educational programs. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and assists our clients through the world with all their tax planning, tax preparation and offshore banking needs.

Education
Ms. Wan received a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Beijing United University, Beijing, China, a Master's Degree from California State University, Bakersfield, in Business Administration. She is a Notary Public for the State of California. Ms. Wan is also enrolled to practice in all matters before the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
